A unique 1 day nature-based retreat for women who want to reclaim parts of themselves that have been lost in the busy demands of life. Join us for a tranquil day of relaxation and connection at the rustic Woolshed Retreat where you’ll be guided through personal reflective activities, small group discussions, a mindfulness walking meditation and a nature craft activity.

Limited to a maximum of 10 women, you’ll explore, discover and delight in the peace you find in nature and within yourself. You will leave your day of retreat with a sense of wholeness, peace and inner calm, awakened to all your senses, energised for life, and with a plan for how you’ll stay connected with all parts of yourself. 

The Cost is $140- Through Kathryn’s supportive guidance you will discover your inner calm and how to maintain it after the workshop- enjoy a relaxing morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. 

Enjoy making your own stacked teacup design with a twist – white teacups on a stunning dark blue background. Your workshop experience is served ‘high tea style’ with proper coffee and tea, delicious sandwiches and sweets.

Your canvas is 40cm x 40cm, pre-painted blue, ready for us to design and paint unique teacup stacks using white ‘posca’ paint pens – so much easier than using brushes, it is a very relaxing experience with no prior illustration skills needed. Sue will bring along a range of design ideas, you can even bring your favourite teacup as inspiration if you like! Sue will guide you through the process so it’s a piece of cake. And you can eat cake too 🙂

The cost is $75 per person which includes your tea or coffee and delicious high tea. Thanks to the generosity of our hosts, Picot’s Farm, we are able to donate $20 from every ticket to the set up of Warwick’s own Protea Place women’s crisis centre.
